I have a 2 year old website(ranks #1 for a semi-competitive keyword, despite being PR0).Not making any income atm, but gets 2.5k+ uniques per month

shoot me a link and I will give you a number that I think it may be worth. If you have no sales you might be able to sell it on flippa for 150 or so.

Try to monetize it first, I suggest LM interface, then you can triple the site value.

Its a lot factors that say how much it will be worth, some of them:

- What content your site has
- What kind of visitors
- How the ranking was achieved

And a lot more
