How much would this cost?

Hey there, I need just some approximation of costs.

I have a WP website that has current user registration in the form of e-mail and username. When you enter those 2 you receive your password. How much would it costs to remove the whole email verification. I don't really care about emails at this point. The user has to enter only his username and his password and confirm it and he is in.

Basically a system similar to Reddit.

Guess there is a plugin for everything...

I wouldn't pay over $20-$30 for something this simple. Shouldn't take an experienced developer too long to do this.
