how much would letting someone create a cloaker, cost?

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone, who had experience creating their own cloaker, could tell me how much such a thing would cost.

To clarify:

I am not talking about link cloaking here. I mean a real, blackhat cloaker that goes out, gets the content, mixes it up so that it's unique, creates unique pages and then allows me to redirect it, directly, to any of my money pages.

Hope someone with experience can help me with this question.

I think with out content grabber and spinner you can do it for $200..

I may be missing a point... but what use does the cloaker have without these 2 functions? But that sounds promising, anyway. Thanks!
