How much would it cost on average for a PPD site to be made from scratch?

I am going to see a developer in town this weekend I have been past his shop a few times he has been there for many years and it looks like a reputable company I am in the UK how much on average would you say it costs to make a site like this. For an example website I would say something like sharecash
