google "hire freelance programmer" or go to fiverr and search. that can be a huge varied amount, even if its just text.

I recommend for this to find a 3rd world programmer to get cheapest work done, quality can suffer possibly. This is no knock on 3rd world -- i am saying cheaper is usually not as good work.
