I know they are out there, I've seen a few friends use em, hat generators and such, just sick of never getting anything decent when I open a damn chest.v

I am not sure where this belongs, if this is the wrong forumn I apologize, just seemed like the most logical place to ask my question was the main forum. If I was wrong I am sorry.

I think you should make friends in warez forum and ask this kind of question there. If you actually find the answer here, I have bad news for you: beware scam ahead.
 
My thought process was i had no idea which forum or belonged in so the general all purpose one seemed the most logical choice.

These things don't exsist, if they did, some unusual hats in TF 2, wouldn't priced for 200$.
 
I dormed with a ukranian hacker at college, you would be surprised what's out there on Russian Tottent sites, they have some crazy stuff

Don't even bother, I asked a simple question, apologized if it was the wrong place to post, and have been talked down to, reported for a simple case of forgetfullness. I guess this site is just very rude and unnecessarily so. I apologized twice if this was the wrong place to post, I dont want to be apart of such an abusive community
