How Much Would I Ask For This Blog?

Hope this is the right section to ask this.

I have a tattoo related blog that ranks real good for dozens of keywords, Hummingbird Tattoo i'm number one, plus many others. My site is hummingbirdtattoo.org

How would I figure out a price this site is worth if I wanted to sell it?

Since you didn't mention it, I am guessing that the site doesn't make any kind of revenue? If the site generates good revenue you can sell it a lot higher than what I personally believe it is worth.

In my opinion I will have to say $300-$700 dollars(for domain) because you haven't told anyone enough information about the site. I know it is a Tattoo site, and that it is ranked with certain keywords, but what about the revenue.

How much do you think your site is worth? You are the person that put time, and hard work in creating it, so you should know how much you are looking for.

Since when does: amount of time spent and how much the owner thinks it's worth have any correlation to actual value?

Serious buyers don't care how much time you've spent on the site or how much you think it's worth.

Well, that was just my opinion and how I figure out how much "my" sites are worth. I look at revenue, time spent, traffic, rank, domain, and much more... Yeah serious buyers don't really care about how much time you put in. But, I wouldn't short hand myself if "I" feel like my site is worth more than what others may think.

it depends on how much revenue ur site gets. Accordin to my knowledge may be within 400$

Normally sites go for 10x-15x the monthly revenue they are generating. PR and ranking are secondary factors to assess and estimate a site's value. Buyers first want to know monthly revenue and traffic.

The site gets 300+ visitors per day and I'm making maybe on average $200 per month.

I know I could monotize it way better, I just don't know what would be good to use on the site.

Looking for suggestions maybe what you would do with a site like this to make more money with it.
