I want to organize my PBNs, websites and all domains (not only PBNs) so I'm thinking to get something coded. I basically need something like this:

I know I can easily do that in excel, but I need a few domain details to be updated automatically like: Whois(exp date), date added, server ip, Name Servers, DA/PA, TF/CF etc..
It will probably be a web software in PHP.
I'd really like to hear any approximate pricing for building such thing here or on odesk, freelancer etc..
