How much would a site like this sell for?

I've got a local business site (plumbing industry). Its ranked 2nd in google for the term "city plumbing". It has 3,406 backlinks and it was registered in august. I've got everything perfectly set up, nothing not working. It has a plumbing theme, email capture and 7 unique articles.

How much do you think I could sell this for on flippa?

Try to sell it to your "city" plumbers see what they offer, and you could even get some good money from it, maybe a contract on upkeep, seo, etc., that is if you are willing to go that way.

I'm sorry, I don't usually go round calling people out, but you've commented on a few threads now and clearly have no idea what you are talking about.

People sell profitable sites ALL of the time. People sell profitable real estate ALL the time. People sell profitable brick and mortar businesses ALL the time. Real investors and buyers know this.

There are so many reasons why someone would sell something profitable that I'm not even going to go into it now. It's really basic business.
