How much would a site bringing around 3k visitors a month would be worth?

I've got a site sitting around for like a year, bringing around 2-3k visitors a month.
Most of them are US.
The site is not optimized for Google. and yet receives this considerable amount consistently.
The site has numerous quality content.
Probably has more buying guides and stuff to post (unposted)

How much would it be worth?

30X - 35X monthly profit. If there is something can be improved, even more than 35X mo profit. If the site have no profit, it's hard to estimate a value.

What niche?

Like someone already mentioned, most sites are sold according to their income. The higher the income the more you could charge for it. If the site has no income, you could sell it as a starter website.

Since your starter website has traffic, which puts it ahead of most other starter websites on the market. You could charge a little more than other starter websites. Starter websites go for around $500 to $1k, but I think you should be able to sell yours for more than $1k to $2k(or more depending).

You could sell it on the basis of the content, the quality and the SEO potential it already has. If it's in a niche that has affiliate potential, you're likely to find a buyer. If it's not, you might struggle.

I am sure the quality is off the charts.

I think, in order to flip your site you have to post income proof, not proof of traffic stats.
Traffic isn't a good metric for your site's earning EPMV.
Better apply for AdSense or Ezoic and let the site run for 2-3 months to settle around a stable EPMV.

Might as well add some affiliate links to your performing posts for added earning proof (hybrid income stream sites sell for insane amounts on Flippa)

This is impossible to answer without you mentioning:

• Niche
• Demographics
• Traffic Type

3,000 teen gamers aren't even 10% as valuable as 2,000 middle-aged life insurance buyers.

Depends on the niche, why not just test it out yourself with different methods whether google ads or affiliate links to see how much you would be able to generate out of the site before valuating it.

I have a 3k traffic site and it makes $30-40 per month through Ezoic.

$30/$40 X30 = $900/1200.

This is a general idea because not all the niches are same. In some niches, you can even make $2k-3k per month with affiliate sales.
