This is a fully automated greyhat website, all the owner does is replenish the supply of products.

Ive pulled in $6,1970.70 since October 1st and still going strong. All organic traffic from me posting around advertising.

How much would this sell for?

Also, where could I sell it?

didn't got this, do you pay for advertisements to get traffic to your website? if so, subtract your expenses with your earnings and that's your profit.

multiply your proffit with 12 months and that should be your selling price.

Flippa.com is a good place to start

No paid traffic. All traffic is from direct URL's from myself posting and advertising on a new forums.

Basicly what SEOWhat said. Multiply a month's worth of income by 12 to determine the sales price.

BUT... Your site only earned as much in just a single month, no proof for more months AND it's greyhat, which you might want to hide from possible buyers, which in turn is risky because they might find out what you do to make it popular (depending on what shade of grey it is).

Lastly, it depends a lot on the niche and whether it is a seasonal one or not. If your are selling Halloween customes we are done talking ;) . I'd say it's worth $25k now. Good luck though :)

Makes it difficult if you only have 1 month proof of earnings. I guess it would depend how likely it is to continue earning money- which might be difficult to judge.

Payment proofs show consistent daily earnings. What is the best place to go about selling (provided I need a place allowing greyhat).

    How are you monetizing it?

Best thing to do is post in the sitcky valuation thread in the flipping section for meathead123 to take a look at, the biggest site broker on BHW that i know of .

See the thing that comes to mind is that I can create a website right now and have it earn 1k+ per day. I won't get paid for that for obvious reasons. The point I'm trying to make is that it will be difficult to sell when you have no payout proof. You haven't been paid for your traffic or conversions, yet. I'm not saying that you're attempting to scam anyone, I am just saying without conclusive proof of payment, I doubt you'll be able to sell it.

The website sells a product. The product has a VERY HIGH conversion rate - id hook the buyer up with the suppler. I have a system built in to automate the delivery and sales and payment processing. No work involved. Traffic has been from me posting on forums.

That is false. I get all the payments through PayPal - I own the website and process the payments to my direct PayPal. I have earnings proof of this 6k+ in direct PayPal sales to myself.

Since you mention products, I presume this is an ecommerce site. You say you have "pulled in $6k" - this seems to be the total revenue. How much profit are you making? Physical goods tend to have much lower margins compared to digital goods.

Why do you call it a grey hat website? Have you used grey hat techniques to improve its ranking?

And as SEOwhat has said, flippa is a good place to start.

If your average for a 12 month period was 6k profit you could sell it for 60k. If you want a firm price multiply your average earnings of 12 months in a row by 10.

The products I sell give me anywhere from a 400%-1000% ROI. Yes - I handle the products - I handle the stocks - its my product. Im not promoting anyone elses.

Out of the $6,1970.70, I spend around ~$400.00 on product.

    They are digital goods.

It's currently not worth much. It's definitely not worth 12x monthly at this stage - not even close seeing as you only have a month of history.

You would need at least 6 months of stable history to attract buyers in the mid 5 figure range. At this stage, it is too young and risky for a buyer to take on, especially as you describe it as "grey hat".

My best advice would be keep running it for 6 months then reassess options. Don't waste energy trying to sell it now.

I would say your site is worth less than you imagine.
Why are you calling it greyhat?
    Are the products CODES?

well, in that case wait for few more month, to get better results, because it will be hard for your to find a buyer with only one month of earnings to show-off. Also 5.7k is great monthly earnings, I would not sell it if I am in your shoes. Milk it as much as you can or trow in some twists and increase earnings.

Bit confused with the figure $6,1970.70??

    You mean $6,197.70 or $619.70?

I would say wait until you're paid for the second month's earnings to try and sell it.
