How much would a FB group with approx 1.2k people go for?

Probably $2-3 because you could get like 7 thousand inactive likes on fiverr for $5..

I suppose you could still get buyers as long as the members are legit. Perhaps try updating it often, see how much interaction you get and then try sell based on that. I would estimate it at a good $10 maybe more. Remember 1000 real likes are better than 100,000 fake ones.
