How Much Would 515 Words Cost Me?

I got a checklist from this eBook, I want to spin it and put it into my own eBook. The checklist is 515 words, but the problem is that some points on the checklist are only 5 words long... So how can you spin that? Reason I'm asking is because on the eBook it says that I can't copy directly the information, so I want to spin it.
