I stared at this for a good 3 minutes before I realized I was looking at a dash, not a decimal place. I was wondering why the heck a single link would be worth $10,000

Market place or search out link selling. I'd keep it private tho for only a few clientele so it doesn't get hit with many OBL.
You could go to the market place and find seller using those types of domains/sites and sell it to them to add to their collection.

Lol, yeah when I wrote it I had to take a double look. I could have written it better but some questions are answered in the middle of me taking breaks from ACTUAL SEO work and netflixing.

It totally depends on the niche. In some niches you could ask for mid-to-high $xxx/mo, in some others it would barely be worth $10/mo.
He's not looking to sell the site, try reading the OP next time.
The two aren't mutually exclusive. Then again, some niches have shit for clicks on AdSense...

also PA > DA = was penalized or expecting penalty. Also based on those stats I'm guessing CF > TF+10

Nearly all domains have higher PA than DA on homepage, I would be more worried if it was the other way around.
