How much will cost platform like Oberlo

Some months ago I found oberlo and I realize that in my country doesn't exist platform like this. I don't have much experiece, how much time and money I should invest in something like this? I'm sure here I will get some expert opinion.

I think is hard to estimate costs, especially if you didn't specify your country, as you might find cheaper local coders to do the job.

Alternatively, ALI Express offers an API, so you can check that and try to build on top of it.
