How much will CBS be sued for?

How much do you guys think CBS will be sued for and end up having to pay Burke Ramsey? I personally think they will be sued for around the same that Hulk Hogan got Gawker for($140 million in total), but end up paying 1/4 of it in a settle amount

Don't know much about the matter. One thing stuck out - the foreign DNA on the girls underwear. If this DNA would have matched anyone in the house, the prosecution would have used it to convict the person and the person(s) arguing that it could have been introduced in the manufacturing process would be arguing that the DNA was absolute evidence that the matching person committed the crime.

They cannot have it both ways. Either DNA is good scientific evidence, else it is bad evidence. DNA cannot be good evidence only when someone wants it to be.
