Hello, I'm from a developing country and I've trying to run a blog for 2 months now. Thought I really wish to increase traffic by using engaging content I've been interesed on PPC, how much do we generally earn with PPC? What is the best service?

depends on your budget, offer, landing page, ad copy, remarketing. are you building a list? the possibilities are endless, so instead of asking pointless questions, educate yourself then take action.
 
I understand your point of view but that's what I'm literally doing right now, asking is a form of gathering opinions and thoughts so I can build my own conclusions. I value opinions and thoughts from Black Hat World.
 
Running PPC to gain clicks on ads on your blog will be fairly difficult, relatively speaking. You'll need VERY cheap clicks that are actual real humans who have at least some chance of sticking on your site.

I think you need to find ad placement on relevant websites or blogs. Think it will be more better when use ppc

So long as you have the right audience for whatever product you want to promote you can make an endless amount of money. The agency I have had the most success has been with Jumpfly, there customer service as well as there quality of traffic led to me having a very good experience with them. The only downside is you must have a $5,000 deposit to start with them. Hope this helps.
 
You can get upto $48 per 1000 visits and is a very respectable number for such a niche site. You can get more money by following the correct procedure in this method.
