Most fan pages don't sell for much unless they have a lot of unique visitors a day. I would rather pay 1,000$ for a fan page that has a bunch of unique visitors rather than one with bairly any.

that question is easy to answer..

im trading in fanpages as well as building custom fanpages and increasing fanpage likes to existing fanpages (using facebook ads).

most of my clients already (like me) got ripped off by people who sold them fake likes, forced likes etc from people who will never interact on the page or just leave as soon as they see your post in the newsfeed..

buying an existing fanpage (active*, not a dead one like in the excample)
offers for the new admin new ways of marketing, not only put your own page as futured like, but also you can share posts of your main page on the pages you have bought and increase the likes, shares, comments on the post of your main page, which will lead sooner or later to more fans on your main page or the page you want to promote.

you could also kill the fanpage in a few days with CPA offers which can (no guarantees as usual) multiply your invest you have made on the page.

or you can use the fanpage as a traffic source, using only the welcome tab for that or posting non spam posts leading to your website.. etc etc etc.

Making a page with 100k fans isn't hard, getting targetted fans is worth it
