No ..wait ... the worst that can happen is that you don't earn any money with it
and then they destroy your life.
You'd think that if the domain was of value, they'd have it already.
If it was me and I had a PLAN for what exactly to do and KNEW I could get the traffic ... I'd go for it as long as your were causing more sales for THEM (affiliate)
My defence would be the above plus the viewpoint of
"They have an olbligation to defend their trademark by virtue of registering these domains, if they are of value to them". Judge would think: "Good point"
However you'd still prolly have to surrender the domain eventually.
Or take the first reasonable offer they give you. But some will move right to legal action and civil damages, in which case this will cost you some $$$.
