Hello,
I finally discovered a working passive method of making money online. It is an affiliate method using Google Ads, and it works in a way I do it.

Only blak/grey hat aspect is that those companies ToS dont allow using Google ads for their affiliate links. And my question is. If they someday find out that they paid me a lot of money and I was breaking their rules, can I get into some trouble? Those companies are From outside of my country. Can they take any legal actions against me or they just terminate my accounts?

Thanks in advance for answers

If they find out they will terminate your account and take the funds in it unless you have cashed out already. Doubt they will pursue legal action really.

Mask your traffic source.
Nobody is going to take legal action against you.
Worst scenario is that they'll keep your earnings.

You should have literally zero concerns about legal issues. Not gunna happen.
You're breaking companies TOS/T&C's/ They might close the accounts, but that's the long and short of it.

Thats not blackhat, if you're breaking companies TOS is greyhat. Nothing to worry about tbh

Honestly, you’re not alone. A lot of people run affiliate offers through Google Ads even when it goes against the affiliate program’s ToS. The truth is, if they catch you, they’ll most likely just shut down your account and withhold any unpaid earnings. That’s usually where it ends.

If you’re breaking their ToS, they can definitely withhold payments or ban your account. Most likely, they’ll just cut you off and maybe blacklist you. If the method is working, consider finding a safer way to scale it without risking your whole setup.

You won’t get into legal trouble, but they’ll stop your payouts and permanently ban your account.
