How much to pay social media manager?

I'm looking to hire someone to build the social media accounts (instagram and twitter specifically) of a hiphop artist. I want them to do the usual follow/unfollow and likes/fav methods daily. How much is a fair price for this? Also are there any people on here known for that service?

Let me ask you a question...and I'm not trying to be a smartass here.

How much should you pay for a car? How about a loaf of bread? Shoes?

It's really hard to nail down a number for services like these. Price is affected by market conditions, location of the person itself, and much, much more.
 
It all depends on the scope of work they will be doing. ie. number of posts a day, hours spent per week etc.

My guess is around $200-$500 depending if your outsourcing or not.

The music accounts i manage are seeing steady fan increase as well as marking their "Online Territory" if you will. Because of the nature of instagram and the like per hour limits, it has become slightly more expensive to promote for the average account holder.

With the use of bots and scheduled posting, one can still achieve good results.

I help the account holder understand how to gain clout naturally so they too can learn knowledge to help their future endeavors.

Those rates are too high for some person in the Philippines with no music experence to be charging.

Im in a band myself so i know what the artist wants beyond the computer and internet. In turn, happy clients.
