How much to pay for domain

Hi everyone, I found a domain that I liked a lot but it is quite expensive. Are there any good guides here on bhw on how to determine how much to pay?

I have used the search bar but have not found much.

Is it expired, does it have great backlinks and a clean history? Or is it just one that you think is brandable?

Hey MisferF! Great to see a mod responding to my post.

It is not expired, someone registered it just last year and is hoarding the link. Has not build anything with the site and put it up for sale.

It has 0 backlinks and a clean history.

I just think it is brandable and it has about ~900 searches per month. The price tag is around 13k USD.
