But in all seriousness, I don't think anyone here will be able to easily and accurately quote you on how much it will cost. If you're serious about going through with it, just get quotes from genuine designers/programmers and go from there. Try a few freelancers first and see what they say. Ask for contract bids and see if they'll compete to get your business. In my experience, that is the hands-down best way to go, both in terms of time efficiency and $ cost-effectiveness.
