How much to charge Re-targeting clients?

I have a new client who wants to pay me to create and manage their retargeting campaign, but im not really sure how much to charge them. Does anyone here run a retargeting management service? If so, how much do you charge your clients?

Is this a simple campaign or do they own an ecommerce site with thousands of products?

How much revenue is the business doing currently. It's not rocket science.
