How much to ask for this domain??

Lately I found awesome domain and just wonder how much can I get for it. Here are stats:

Age - 16 yrs
PR - N/A (the domain was inactive for a while, but 2 years ago it was pr6, and it could be possible that it could get even pr7 on next update, because main websites linking to it moved from pr6 to pr7 during last 2 updates)

After I installed WP on it, each day metrics are climbing, without doing anything.

Never spamed, never penalised, has backlinks from more than 850 domains. Has more than 1200 backlinks from a government website, which is PR7 (link in sidebar), and more than 120000 backlinks from various international trusted domains. It does not have even one spamy backlink.

So, I want to discuss, how much does it worth and where is the best place to offer it, please help.

Or is it better to sell links from it, like posts and how much is ok price for one post?
