How much to ask for 51 DA and PR3 website?

Hi. I have listed a website, and i want to know is i ask for real price from bhw experts.
Can domain authority to give some value to site? Is people interested more for domain authority or for PR?
Site have also a lot of backlinks and some small traffic.
age: 1 year and 6 months.

DA can be easily manipulated. If I were the buyer, I would look at the combination of DA, PA, PR, CF and TF.

Big G hasn't updated PR for so long, so that's certainly something to consider.

If the backlinks can be justified, I'd say $80 - $100

you can get high DA just from low quality spammy links, so it really depends on the backlink profile, age, etc

ok, thank you for response, i see a lot backlinking services from bhw, put a big accent on domain authority, more than PR.
domain authority is based just on backlinks like PR, o it's little complex?

i don't know what means CF and TF

I prefer the quality of the website,traffic,last 3 month earnings and the top keywords in search engines

basically its all about natural PR backlinks and traffic.

I for example, always check PR DA PA and ahrefs rank

i never try to check ahrefs domain rank, or url rank from ahrefs.

after checking, aherfs url rank is 50 and ahrefs domain rank is 56

CF and TF means Citation Flow and Trust Flow. These are SEO metrics of backlink importance..
