Ok i am having really big problem building backlinks. Content is not problem, but i don't know where to find backlinks fast.
I am building blogs on blogger and my domain but cannot get good ranking.
I do some social bookmarking, but still it sucks..
How much time do you guys spend building links on small websites (30 pages) ?

I think you need a daily 20 to 40 backlinks to get good results and getting a good Pr is not an easy job,so keep working you will get it soon in 4 to 6 months.
Thanks

You only need top spend as little as possible. 20-40 a day seems excessive. Depends on the compettition and how your site is optimized and how new your site is. I create around 20 per site starting out and usually will rank on first or second page where the strength of competition is low or mediocre.

20-40/day is pretty high, and awfully hard to maintain, especially if you have multiple sites.

shoot for like 40-50 per week per site. mix it up, don't get them all from one source.

most important is persistence and patience.

20-40 is high if you are doing it manually. Try outsourcing the work. You have to think..it is either time or money. You are paying for it either way. That is unless you think your time is worth nothing.

Damn backlinks, the most boring job ever ... but without it we can't really rank the website. I'm trying to keep 20 links / day consistently and mix it up with different sites too.

If you write some articles then submit to ezine you will get good links within days and if your article writing is good people will re-use the article including your links.

Then with these articles spin them using best spinner and submit these to hubpages and others or better still use SENuke.

I would build 20 links i day if i knew where to find them fast. Where do you find backlinks the most?

find a site that's ranked high for your keyword.
find his backlinks using seoquake or yahoo site explorer.

If he ranked high with those backlinks, you can do it too.
off course, you gotta be much more creative, but that's a start..

You can search it by your own in the Google or you can buy some backlinks from the freelancer to get good results.

Well for me its more of a quality than quantity issue.Even 10-12 backlinks a week are sufficient as long as they come from reputable sites in your niche. What dams suggested is also a good idea ... since you are not sure where to find backlinks just run your competitors sites through yahoo site explorer that should give you plenty of ideas.Viral campaigns are also a great option for backlinks but I cant give you any suggestions on that without knowing the niche you are in.

Don't overdo it with your own domain. But you can do xrumer blasts for your blogger blogs, even if they are new. Blogger gets millions of hits, so you won't get punished (sandboxed) by Google for getting lots of backlinks in a short time.

We can build backlinks for you for cheap prices. PM me if you are interested. :)

My niche is reviews, so its highly competitive, but i am not trying to rank first for some specific keyword. I had a laptop review site that was getting around 150 uniques a day with almost no promotion and 30 reviews in less then a month.
Like i said content is not problem, but backlinks are. I am planing to build 20 reviews sites, some on blogger some on my domain.

I need backlinks to start getting some traffic and except social bookmarking i don't know where to look else.

suggestion 1

pay someone to build profile links for you (angela and pauls backlinks) or you can build them manually. Search for "AngelaE8654" and "pj413" in google and you can find lots of sites where you can build profiles and put your link on.

Suggestion 2

Invest in Scrapebox, an automated blog scraper and commenter. A very powerful tool. You can find it on this forum and BHW members get a very nice discount.

hope that helps

from someone who has made more than 250 blogger blogs and promoted them etc

you know what if your in this for the long run then you need to get .coms

people trust them more and spend more money there and click more things - you still need something with a good design

but in return you have more flexibility with everything in terms of Seo

just my opinion
