How much time needed for Article Builder access after payment?

I paid $147 yesterday for article builder through card via zaxaa. The payment status shows "completed" . But I have not got any access yet. I opened a ticket at support at that time, and it has been nearly 24 hours. I did not get any access details, nor my ticket is replied.

I chat with a support guy on the discount site who tells me that he has forwarded my ticket to the department and it will be fixed within next 12 hours. but still no progress

can you guys get it delivered instantly or it takes time to process the order. how is their after sale support?
