Base figure is whatever it is making every month times 12.
Sell it for that.

If it isn't making money, just throw it on flippa.com anyway with a guess of what you think it's worth.

Either someone will buy or not, if not, lower the price.

Need to be monetized IMO to make good money though.

Well, I just went to the site, and it has a top banner, and nothing else.
It has WP installed, and that is it.

Still the default post and comment are there.

And you are looking to sell?

You have a lot of work to do my friend

I deleted the database It's 200 Mo (800 adobe photoshop tutorials )
I will give it to the buyer + domain
