How much this website can cost?

I have a whitehat website that is getting around 4000 visits per month and making around $150-200 per month. It has about 30-40 blog posts, most of which are commercial "review" and "best X for Y" types of posts. It's quite popular evergreen niche. The website is 2 years old.

I am trying to understand how much it can cost if I decide to sell the website. I know that on average you can count on x20-x40 of your monthly income. But considering that the website hasn't reached its full potential and it also has quite many high quality backlinks, I was wondering if it can cost more than that x20-x40 monthly income. What do you think?

And also, what is the best platform/service to sell this website?

Max it would cost you around 6 to 7k only , peak it would sell for 8k dollars only !

35 time is reasonable. You can sell it on flippa , empire flippers, fe international. check their requirements by going for free estimation they offer. If some have seo knowledge will not buy it unless you have 80% info content but fear not most people don't.

sites usually sell for 15x to 75x monthly revenue + other benefits such as: domain brand(ability), SEO value (traffic, RDs, niche), and - not in the least - your negotiation skills

30 times the monthly revenue is good estimate if the earning is stable or increasing over last 6 months.

Negotiate as much as you can if you MUST sell it.

Or work more on it and increase the revenue, its value will automatically increase. Sell it after that for more profits.

The average estimate is 30 - 33x. Anything below or above that is a rare exception.

Speculations like "It still has plenty of potential to grow" don't interest anyone except the seller really.

The site either makes those money or it doesn't.

My personal two cents are not to sell the site. It's 2 years old, properly out of the "embryonic" stage, it's getting traction and now it needs to be populated with shittons of content.

Do a massive keyword research, order a couple hundred articles written, upload it all, interlink it and just let the site be and enjoy the rising traffic.

I agree with @Nargil! Don't sell it unless you really need that money which can be maximum of 6K to 7K. It's like 'Kill the goose that lay the golden egg'
Try to get more traffic and improve its monthly income

except you have no other option, why not upscale it. try to increase traffic. put more article on it. or if you are busy just go to JV find someone to cooperate for content creation.

if you still need to sell it, just go to flippa or BHW mp you need jr vip tough
