It's second (or third or fourth..) hand watch, and probably not an antique too. It looks as if not enough care was taken in its lifetime by all its users. Does it work, btw? It has those ugly things written around the front rim, so that's another strike down...
Looks stolen too! If you don't know the price, then probably it belongs to your grandfather or your father, and you got it for selling purpose probably.... If I were you, and that watch belonged to my father, or his father then I would keep it forever as his much-loved timepiece which he wore everyday to office, to market, and possibly that watch would have been very dear to them, so it would be as dear to me too. If you purchased it from market or a friend, then you'd probably know what it costs secondhand or third - or fourth- or nth-hand.
if the new costs $30, then this one is worth, imo, not even ______. Hmm... whatever percent you put down in the blank.
Sorry, but there is my honest opinion about it.
If you still are able to sell it for anything above $5 then it's a lucky miracle, it's a real steal -- that $5, I mean. If you're able to sell it for $250, then buy it back the next instant --- you can probably re-sell it for $2,500 definitely!! Good Luck!!!
