Hello all blackhatworld members. I have a tech site which's Domain is 7 month old, Blogger platform. Alexa of 91k worldwide and 11k in india, 3k to 5k visitors From Google daily.

I monetize if by just adsense, and earning around 380$ to 450$ per month.

so my question is How much is this site worth of ?

If I sell this site then How much Dollors will be idle for this particulat site ?

AnyOne here ?

I think your site is worth around 7 600$ - 9 000$ (20X multiple the last 30 days worth of revenue).
 
hahahahaa..Not worth any penny if you can't prove earnings....
 
Earning is Constant since last 3 months..... i have a huge fb page following so i promote on pages and i hope earning will increase in future...

Too many people reply to these threads just saying "10x your monthly revenue" or similar, without having a clue what they're talking about.

Firstly the multiplier will generally be based on profit, not revenue. Since this is a blog it's reasonable to assume that anyone buying the site will need to pay for content, even if they're creating it themselves (that should always be factored in, as if they were paying themselves a wage out of the income).

20x the monthly profit is also very unusual for a site which needs to be manually updated and only has 3 months income so far. I would expect a site like this to go for about 6-9 times the monthly profit based on the info provided. However that figure may be lower because of the post below....

Partly because the site can be migrated to another platform, eg Wordpress, without too much hassle.

This is spot on. My advice is start migrating your blogger site over to a self hosted platform as soon as you can. Then you'll have something more tangible to sell than a site hosted on a free blogging website. Since your traffic is coming from fb, it sounds like you have a lot of control over where users are directed. Direct them to your new website instead of your blogger site.
 
Who would want to buy anything which can just be deleted by blogger if they feel like it. You would have to be a little simple to buy a Blogger blog for much.

Way too much Indian traffic. When Adsense gets banned, it will not be worth much.

Somewhat harsh, but as the OP doesn't own the domain, it's basically worthless as it could be taken down at any time. The best way to go would be buy a domain and redirect it all there, then it has value. I'm sure someone would buy it, but only because there are lots of stupid buyers out there :)

Also depends how much time is spent adding content. Tech blogs require constant updating so, often, once you take into account the cost of adding content, the actual profit is negligible.

Thats so nicely explained. i have started earning from this site since last 3-4 months. but i am sure the earnings will only increase.

There are lots of online domain value entimaters. Here are some of them:

check them yourself and chose a suitable price :)
