Not much my friend. I suggest you revive the account and maybe when you get lucky, you can get hundreds in engagement count.

3.4k is actually a pretty good number when majority of those are engaging with you and your posts. Since you say its natural growth, there is definitely a potential to use it for something, just have to wake it up(which is not going to be very easy). Start by posting stories to attract people to your account, put something interesting so they would go through them all and then its more likely your posts will pop up in their feed as well.

A follower count of 3.4k seems to be a good number, and if your account has high engagement, you may be able to get a good price for it (around $20-25).

It depends on the engagement. High engagement with real followers in a profitable niche could be worth around 40 bucks. Low engagement or bad niche or too many follower bots, a couple of bucks.
