no matter whatever it is 0 or 1 or 8 inbetween L and L

Whenever people will try to type lol they will type lol and never l0l even they try intentionally i mean most of the time they will land on lol.com and not l0l.com

So this domain not worth morethan 400$

Incase the buyer is trying to entice you into a few thousands

And as far as traffic goes buy any good keyword or brandable name and spend money in getting content and seo otherwise it is not a domain to invest money
 
Its way cooler domain then jamunkala has described. It should be worth some thousand bucks undeveloped at least in resale market, more to an end user. Try the marketplaces especially for 3 letter and 3 character domains.
 
If someone offered upper $xxx I would take it. If you are selling to a reseller they gonna offer you $300-600 max. The thing about 3 char .com is there are only so many of them and they are all spoken for so you can look at it as an investment..it may be worth just holding onto for a bit. Just my 2 cents.
 
That domain will be mid $xxx or high $xxx last .
But if you develop and get some good content and traffic
Then you can earn good by this .
