Today I get an offer of 100$ for this domain name 1stkeyword dot com. Should I sale it or keep it?

Ask the interested party for something else and sell it
I already do that, and I still wait for his reply. Maybe I will wait and see if I receive better offers in the future.

The domain name seems a good choice for a SEO agency. Try emailing few of them and offer this domain for a higher price. You may get lucky.

Thank you for the suggestion. It seem a good idea, but where could I find these SEO agencies?

you can try this domain on flippa.
Yes, I have listed In Flippa which I get this offer. I was get an offer before for 5000$ but the buyer was a scammer

Google My Business, FB groups, Twitter, LinkdIn, Reddit. You can try all these social platforms.
Or use keywords like 'SEO agency for hire' to search on google and contact all the top 10 or 20 results. But social media would be your best bet.

Thank you for your help, I'll try to email some companies and see if any of them are interested in buying this domain.

Domain name looks appealing for anyone willing to start an SEO agency or IM business. $100 is not bad for a one month old domain. But you can certainly increase its value by NOT selling it now, creating a starter website and let it age for say one year or so. You might sell this starter website for $1000 ... who knows!

Thank you for your suggestion. I'm currently working on a few projects that are taking up all of my time, so I don't have the time to create a website now.

Yes, I can completely understand your situation, I face this everyday too :)

So how about taking out 10 to 15 minutes of your time everyday and set up a wordpress website for this domain with 10-15 basic articles and forget it for a year? This is what I do when I am too busy to give time to a project that has future potential?

Work a bit everyday rather than not working at all - this is my formula.

As I said this can yield 10x revenue because the domain has shown its potential in one month only.

I am just trying to motivate you mate :)

Thank you for your suggestion. I appreciate it and I will definitely try it if I don't sell this domain this month for the desired price.
