I receive payments from my clients through usdt/ crypto

And also I pay to my team sometimes thought usdt

Do I have to pay tax on receiving and sending money ?

Capital Gain tax at time is p2p 30% ?? When to file this tax ?

Is p2p safe in India ?

1% TDS while buying crypto coins ??

Please guide me

Thank you

Yes, in India:
Receiving USDT = taxable as income.
Sending = not taxed unless it's payment for services.
Capital gains = 30% on profits from selling crypto.
P2P is legal but risky; use trusted platforms.
1% TDS applies on transfers above ₹10,000 per transaction.
File taxes by July 31st each year.

do you stay in India? I d advice to use trust wallets to avoid paying this , there are plenty exchangers whose can make usdt to cash or bank cc , i had the same issue some time ago, i was just split usdt income to other sources and hide taxes

Did you post your wallets in your organization website or smth like your official accounts?

crypto taxes in India-yeah, they are heavy af, flat 30% on gains, plus 1% TDS if you move over r10k

In India, you usually pay 30% tax on any gains from selling or spending crypto, plus 1% TDS if the transaction is over ₹10,000. Just receiving USDT from clients isn’t taxed immediately, but you’ll be taxed once you convert or spend it with profit. P2P is legal but still needs to follow tax rules. File it under Schedule VDA in your annual ITR.
