How much should I spin my tier1 content?

Basically I'd like to know how much I should spin my tier 1 content.

I suppose I have to do hand spinning? Or would auto spinning work?

Also, should I spin word level only or sentence level as well?

The more unique your Tier 1 content is the better.

It is also good if it is relatively readable, if you spin it to heavily then most of the time it wont make sense when you read it.
