I don't think its worth much but there is nothing I want to do with this domain name. Its called so1d dot com. Sounds like sold . com but with a 1 instead of l. Any idea of whether I should sell it or let it expire?

I'd say about the same. You may be lucky and someone might pay more (I'd start from $100 if it doesn't sell I'd reduce the price).
 
not that I want to buy it, but if you're gonna sell it for $20, I'll give you $30.
 
Give you best to find bigger buyer, other than that someone from here is ready to pay $30.
Or you can set minimum base price for selling it.

Id $15-$20 also. Id pay $30 for it if you have problem getting rid of it. Increase the site pr3 you would get $300 plus for it.
