On average, depending on the niche and also the amount of OBL (out bound links) as well as how good your content is. I would probably suggest u RENT these links out on a monthly basis ...for like $30 maybe... this way u can keep ur OBL low and get recurring income... again this depends alot on the niche u are in

There seems to be a lot more supply than demand in most marketplaces.
I am breaking out the old phone/email marketing and targeting audiences that wouldn't usually buy this stuff. That way you can mark it up 5-10x compared to saturated markets like forums

Yes, basically I agree with you, but the problem with people who wouldn't usually buy this stuff, is making them aware of the value of having links pointing at their pages from high pr websites. How could I convince them about that?
