How much should I rely on Plagiarism Checkers?

So I am currently writing/spinning my content for my tier 1s. Some of them are hand-written and some are spun due to laziness tbh.. The reason why I spin some is because they appear as 100% unique with this free tool http://smallseotools.com/plagiarism-checker/ which some say is quite good.

These articles are poorly spun in my opinion but still is 100% unique according to this tool. So I am wondering how much I really should rely on this. What's you experience using this tool? Will it pass Google crawlers?

My experience is its fairly reliable.

That's what I've heard too but then again many people say all kind of spinned content on tier 1 shouldn't be there and will affect your rankings.. So I am kinda confused atm

Why not pay a couple bucks for Copyscape? After all it's the best one out there currently.

i think plagscan is the best... what happens is this some plagiarism scanners use longer/bigger blocks to check for plagiarism than other plagiarism scanners making some better than others but the plagiarism still remains i.e
Sentense
The dog ate my homework and then pee on my couch

Plagiarism scanner software 1 (blocks of 6 letters)
it will break down the sentenses in to blocks of 6 letters and check i.e
The(1) dog(2) ate(3) my(4) homework(5) and(6) then pee on my couch

so it will scan the internet for "The dog ate my homework and" if there is no such statement it will fire back with a 0% plagiarism

Plagiarism scanner software 2 (blocks of 2 letters)
it will break down the sentenses in to blocks of 2 letters and check i.e
The(1) dog(2) ate(1) my(2) homework(2) and(2) then(1) pee(2) on(1) my(2) couch(1)

so it will scan the internet for "The dog" "ate my" "homework and" trust me it will get 50% plagiarism from such statement it will fire back with a 50% plagiarism.
Conclusion:
Pay versions have lower block checks and hence correct. Personally i use "plagscan" and its my best. Its a Germany Machine

Just get a document from your link and splash it on plagscan you will loose hope......

But then again i work in the research paper writing industry, thats more strict than the content writing industry and Copy scape should be fine for you Mi guESS!!

I've found Copyscape to be pretty unreliable, and since that is considered one of the best I've moved on from using any tool to check duplicate content. I basically do everything manually by grabbing different lines of text from a page and searching it in quotes on Google.

I find the manual route, if you have the time, the best way to go. I'm usually doing this for high-end clients and new websites under my management, so the time/budget to take the care to do this is there.

I use copyscape. It is good for initial check but any plagiarism checker is limited to their database. E.g. If you buy articles and they first appear unique it is no guarantee they are. Maybe a naughty writing service sold them to several clients and they will not appear until they are at least indexed. Therefore, you should periodically check your content again.
