im thinking in buy a 4 years old website, this site have 10K unique visitors each month and the niche is forex.
The traffic is organic, 65% new visitors. The site is beautiful and i think i can do good money each month with cpa offers.
how much should i pay?

As a general rule, offer 12-24 times of the monthly profit.

Please note that it is just a general rule as I have no idea what else the site has and it's impossible for me to estimate the potential without the actual details.
 
Does the site make any profit currently? Base its price on that factor. If site does not make any profit then you should not offer much money to the seller. If he is selling for much money and you are 100% confident that u can do good ROI with the site then buy it. But you need to ask yourself first. Are you 100% confident you can make good roi from the site?
 
Look it at the point of a visitor - is the content unique and is it readable and interesting? Also keep in mind to look at the profit that is made in the past. As the guys in the previous posts said the profit is the main factor for your price.
 
Ask for Google Analytics access by adding your email, NO screenshots, NO TV, and see where the visitors are coming from.

Check the content if it's duplicate by taking pieces and pasting into Google.

Pay 5-24x of the PROFITS and NOT revenue!
 
the monthly profit is 800$...but i think is very few becouse the owner dont know monetize the site...i have a spanish site of the same niche and with 2000 unique visitors monthly i earn 6K monthly...i think i can earn 10K or more each month if i buy that site...
10K unique visitors for forex niche is a lot...is really hard get that traffic...
In fact...if any people of this forum have a forex website with traffic and want sell it can contact with me...this traffic have great value friends..
 
You always have to calculate based on the profit - not on the revenues from AdSense - you never know what hidden expenses are in the back.
 
Try to read and inspect everything before spend money in buying a site ..
