Keep in mind, $100 month goes up and down. I would see if theres any completed sites that around your niche, and price it accordingly.
 
its worth 500-800

Spend more time, try to make it earn $400 a month and flip for 5k :D
 
It can go for a price of 3x to 12x depending on the ease of using the site , competition and how hot the market is (for that niche).

Adsense is the only income? Is the niche "strong"?
If yes, then the website worth maximum $600.

Is there the chance to sell other things with that websites related to the niche?
If yes, the the price can go much higher.
 
Hard to give a price range with no reference to the site besides adsense income.
 
what is your monthly 6-month average? Take total earned in 6 months and divide by 6. It's usually going to be about 10x that number. But it also depends on amount of worked involved in keeping the site going.
 
Its worth at least $800, but you'll get around $600 on flippa for it, once you can prove that the site could earn.
 
Why not just put it up for $1 on Flippa and let it run? It'll go for what it's worth. If you're worried about anything, put a reserve but that'll lower bids.
 
As a business man, I can't give you a figure.. You'd have to give more information on the site. Doesn't matter if it makes $100/month, how do I know if it's not ready to die on the next G update, or how can I understand the trend or growth of the site, I don't know if it's declining or what.. On a rough estimate if it's decent, 6 months value, $600.
 
What niche is it in? $100 in the adult industry is different to $100 in the movie streaming industry.
 
I buy and sell sites for 3 months of revenue but I never get that on Flippa. I get more on Ebay...I recently put a $600/month revenue on Flippa and got the highest bid at $101!
