The director of an English school told me that she would like to redesign her website. I told her that my rate is 15 euros/hour. The website is this: englishexpress.cat. She wants a website similar to this one with a blog. How much should I charge for the whole project? Note: I plan to use Yii framework. Thanks.

Depends how long you think it will take - you need to account for everything from conversations to planning to implementation.
If you never done a project like it before then you have to estimate and then once you done a few projects you can start to get a better idea of how long they take you and thus how much to charge.

Thats why its also a good idea when you do the project to keep track of the hours you spend.

If you rate your work hourly then set a budget according to the total estimated time it would take to set up the whole site.

If it's just an info site with nothing too technical required then I would set a fixed price, just the way I would go at least.

A project like that I would charge between $1000-$1500.
