You mentioned that you have 70 prospects right? Well, call the first 10 and offer your sites at $500+ try to get a sense of wether they think is a good price or maybe to high. Even if they say no, ask if they felt the price was right or too high. Do that for all of the 10.
Next, call the next 10 and do the same thing, but offer them at $399. Keep gathering data, what we are doing is selling and market research all in one.
Last, call another 10 and offer them at $299 (this should be your lowest, btw) .
So after the 30 calls, hopefully you made some sells and now you have hard numbers that can help you price your sites for maximum conversions and maximum profit.
