How much should I charge for CPM Banners ?

Hey guys,
I'm having an authority site, which is receiving so far 70,000+ pageviews and 50,000+ unique visitors per month
I recently contacted another website whose niche is similar to mine and offered them to put their CPM Banners on my site. They seem to be very much interested in my site (because of the high quality of my site).

But the prob is that I don't know how much to charge them for CPM.

guys, any suggestions how much should I charge them ??

If you want accurate CPM cost, you can sign up with clicksor, there you can create CPM ad based on country, category and so on, so ad %30 and you'll get pretty accurate CPM pricing for your site.

and the cpm cost they'll tell me will that be the exact value or do I need to deduct/add some?

You'll need to add ~30%, that is the share of clicksor, as you'll get only amount what is paid to publishers.
