How much should 100 PR1 blog links cost ?

my friend would be starting a blog network with 100 PR1 blogs.

he is asking me how much he should charge a client who wants to post articles for 100 PR1 blogs. these are blogs that are distributed over several IP addresses.

he can use system like buildmyrank but low charge because 100 PR1 is not too much

okay. what would be the better option?

A. One time payment of let say 30$ for 100 PR1 Blog links ( outbound links not limited )

B. Monthly Payment of 30$ for 100 PR1 Blog Links ( outbond links capped to 50 - 80 links per blog )

From an end user I always go for homepage links.
From your sales perspective, I actually think both are decent offers.
But I don't know if I would pay $30 for 100 PR1 blog links. $20 might be more on track.
