I don't get that many visitors. Didn't even want to sell it in the first place. But someone emailed me saying that they are interested. I just don't know how much shall I ask for it.

Make sure it's a legit offer, I get a lot of BS offers. A good way to spot a scammer is to google their email message, a lot of them just rehash the same crap.

Ask them to offer a price to you and if you are comfortable, accept it if not send him a counter offer.
