There are lot of things that can be done in seo, but I believe when you drill it down its just content and links.

So my question to all of you, how much content and links are you all producing each month?

I ask to see how much of your produce or maybe you even have a completly different opinion, if so, please share it.

Let me start.

This month so far I have:
Build Links: 1
Written Content: 4

That's pretty good for a single site.

I would say my average is 15 pieces of content and 10-20 links a month.

Revisiting and tinkering with previous content is also very important. Sometimes opening of new pages is not necessary, rather improving of old ones. (or even removal)

Mines around the same for money sites when I used to scale my operations like in my journey thread

With AI nowadays I’d have scaled beyond 15-20 pieces of content as long as it wasn’t artificial sounding and I could match a certain tone in every niche

We usually manage service-based websites, and if you ask me, then we do 5-10 links per website, equally divided between services/locations pages. We also optimise the content using various tools, matching the page 1 websites or trying to make our content better than them! We also add 2-3 Blog posts each month talking about "People also ask Questions" or "Long tails" for our main keywords!
That usually helps!

4 articles in a month. That is too less content for a site. You need to update site with content more frequently.

It depends on the size of your team and your budget, but here are some common "scales" for reference:Independent e-commerce:Content: 10-30 articles (mainly product-related long-tail keywords)External links: 10-50 (including guest articles, niche blogs, PBN, resource pages, etc.)

I also think it all comes down to content and backlinks, but everyone has their own pace. This month I’ve written 3 pieces of content and manually built 5 links — sometimes focusing on quality works better than just increasing the numbers, especially when it comes to building authority with niche-focused content.
