"Real looking" people. When you buy from an SMM panel, don't expect those views to be from real people.

Ofcourse it isnt real at that rate no one would buy ads. They are mostly used to rank on hashtags and stuff like that.

If you start setting up your promotion on FB/Instagram, it will tell you the expected reach based on your budget. For 1000000 views it'd definitely be in the thousands if not 10's of thousands of dollars if you're buying from Instagram directly.
