Hi Friends,

I need info on this... Could you please help

I need money due to financial issues and planning to sell my website asap

Here are the properties
Revenue Type : amazon affiliate site
Amazon Affiliate earning : 300 - 400$ per month ( revenue increasing every month)
No of sales : 400+ amazon sales per month
Backlinks : Very high quality backlinks ... so many editorial do-follow backlinks too and No PBN backlinks
Age : 2 years
Money spent of site : 7K$ ( Content + Backlinks ) without hosting costs (I use my shared hostsing)

Kindly help me with this questions ... Here are my questions
1. How much price ... Buyers are able to purchase it?
2. Where can I sell it?

Sell it on flippa. You need to be a Jr VIP to sell here. Normally the price of your site is to multiply your monthly earnings to 12. If the traffic came from organic searches.

usually goes for average 6 month revenue (total revenue in the last 6 months divided by 6) * 30. so if the average revenue in the last 6 months is ~ 350, it will sell for around $10,000. If you have put in $7000, then it's not a good decision to get rid of it right now. You can try selling it on flippa.com, motioninvest.com, empireflippers.com take bigger sites I believe. All brokers take a cut of about 10 - 15%. It's probably not going to sell instantly either. Hold it for another 6 months, grow it more and then sell it.

Take a loan, pay off your financial issues. Keep the site to pay off the loan... Don't throw away a site that is performing so well.

Thanks SocialNed... actually... I'm selling to clear off my loans only... as regular monthly income was ceased due to covid suituation

It's sad to sell a website that is doing well.
I agree... I spent almost 2 years ... Some backlinks are rare and getting them itself took months for me... but now I need to sell it :(

It usually goes for 20 to 40 times of average revenue of last 6 months.

Flippa also takes 15% commission.

So if you sell your website for 10,000 you will receive 8,500.

Don't sell it budd. Borrow money from friends / family to clear the loan. There's no shame in seeking financial help.

Your monthly income x 24 or 36 months. This is the correct cost of your website. And sell it on empire flippa. There you will find many good buyers.

Ok, I will target for 24 or 36 months income...

Thanks @mmubeen8

Actaully, I'm selling to clear loans and to clear vorrow money..:(

I would say about 10k usd is what you should get.

It takes a reasonable amount of time to get a site to that level. Grow it out for another 6 months and you should be able to charge more. Also, take commission rates into account.
